Problem

The product needed to move from concept into something real, usable, and credible enough for serious users rather than just a pitch-stage idea.

Solution

We supported both the website and app side of the project, helping shape the UX, interface, and overall product experience into a stronger launch version.

Result

FORGE is now in a much stronger place, with a clearer product experience and a better foundation for launch and the next phase after it.

About the Client

FORGE is a training product aimed at people who want something more considered than a basic fitness tracker. The product needed to feel focused, premium, and useful from the start across both the website and app experience.

The Challenge

The team had a strong concept, but turning that into something people could actually use meant shaping the product properly. The challenge was not only visual. It was also about flow, clarity, and making sure the experience felt cohesive across web and app.

What We Did

We supported both the website and app side of FORGE, helping the product move into a stronger, more usable place. That included UX thinking, interface work, and product decisions that helped the whole experience feel more coherent and more ready for real users.

Current Position

The product is much better resolved than where it started. FORGE now has a stronger foundation, a clearer user experience, and a more confident base to launch from and keep improving afterwards.
